Non Landed Private Residential Property in Dec 2018 showed a decrease in volume vis a vis Nov by 48.4% (738 units in Dec vs 1430 units in Nov), a level last seen two years ago in Jan 2017, mostly due to a lower sales from the New Launches where volume dropped from 797 units to 280 units. On a quarterly basis, volume reduced by 37.5% (5111 units in Q3 vs 3193 units in Q4)

The average psf for sold units from new sale was lower from $1727 psf in Nov to $1630 psf in Dec. The average psf for resale was however higher from $1367 psf in Nov to $1482 psf in Dec.

As for the size of the units sold,  units from the new sale average around  799 sqft while that from resale average around 1256 sqft in Dec
