Tender closed at S$661.57 psf ppr, setting a new record price for EC land. The previous record for EC land price was S$658.93 psf ppr in July 2021 on an EC plot in Tampines Street 62. The Bukit Batok land parcel is about 1 km from the Bukit Gombak MRT station. Qingjian Realty said the proposed scheme for the Bukit Batok EC site is a 15-storey project with 360 residential units.

The 210,622 sq ft Jalan Tembusu site is about 500m from the upcoming Tanjong Katong MRT station along the Thomson-East Coast Line and can yield about 640 housing units.
